I create custom pet illustrations in ink, watercolor, or gouache—each piece lovingly hand-painted and tailored to your pet’s unique character, including treasured portraits to honor pets who have passed. Returns and cancellations
All sales are final for completed custom artwork.
Cancel within 48 hours of purchase (before work begins) for a full refund.
If work has started (sketch or proof sent), cancellations are not eligible for a refund; partial refunds maybe issued at my discretion.
Revisions and satisfaction
Each order includes the number of revisions listed (usually 1–2); extra revisions available for a fee.
A proof/sketch will be provided for approval before finalizing—please review carefully and requestchanges at that stage.
If the final artwork is materially different from the agreed brief and I’m unable to correct it within therevision policy, I will offer a partial refund or redo.
Damaged or lost physical prints
Physical prints damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded once you provide photo evidence;buyer must file a carrier claim when required.
I’m not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or carrier delays.
How to request a refund or exchange
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and issue. Refunds/exchanges areprocessed within 7–14 days after approval.
